This information is intended to supplement the General Conditions of Use of the Guest Suite application accessible at the following address: http://guest-suite.com/cgu/ and determined by the company GUEST APP, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 150,600 euros, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Nantes under number 794 846 691, having its registered office at 21 A Boulevard Guist'Hau, 44000 Nantes, France.

It is your responsibility to read it before using the Guest Suite application.

MODERATION OF CUSTOMER REVIEWS

In the event of adding your review via GUEST SUITE, Siblu reserves the right not to use your review if if you do not comply with the following requirements:

Reviews must be writte correctly, be readable and easy to understand
Reviews must relate to a service offered by Siblu and are not other topics
Criticism must be justified and relevant, without using aggressive language
Do not include links to sites or pages that do not comply with French and European legislation, and acceptable standards of public order and morality.

It is strictly forbidden to:

Post content intended to promote a political party, religion or sect
Post text, files, data or information:

Invades an individual's privacy;
Are libellous, defamatory, disparaging, threatening or provocative nature;
Incite hatred, violence, racism or advocate crimes against humanity, child pornography, incitement to violence, as well as attacks on human dignity;
Are contrary to morale and public order;
Are contrary to French, UK or Irish regulations;

Use your review for commercial or advertising purposes.

Siblu also reserves the right to edit and moderate an online review that has been posted to GUEST SUITE if it deems the review to be in coflict with these Terms.

Siblu will inform the Customer concerned by e-mail and explain the reasons for any moderation.

AUTHORISATION TO PUBLISH AND REPRODUCE YOUR REVIEW

In accordance with article 5.1 of the General Conditions of Use of the Guest Suite application, Siblu has chosen the formula according to which your online opinion will be published on its website. You will also be invited to share your review online on one or more partner site(s), including Google, Yellow Pages, Trip Advisor, and Zoover.

Siblu is the controller of your personal data.

Sub-contracting

As part of its customer review service GUEST APP process personal data on behalf of Siblu. As such, and within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GUEST APP is considered a "subcontractor".

Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing

The data processing implemented by GUEST APP on behalf of Siblu is exclusively dedicated to the service of collecting opinions from customers about their stay with Siblu.

Your personal data

Your consent

By using the review service provided by the Guest Suite application, you accept that the personal data required to confirm your identity will be communicated to the GUEST APP company, for the purpose of using the said service. GUEST APP is responsible for collecting your consent.

The nature of the data collected

The following personal data is communicated to GUEST APP: your email, first name, last name, and your reservation number. This data will be collected exclusively by GUEST APP and will be kept for a period of one year in accordance with their General Terms and Conditions of Use

Your revuew

You have the option of choosing an alias or using your first and last name for publishing your review. By choosing to use your first and last name, you agree they can be published on Siblu's websites www.siblu.co.uk and www.siblu.ie, and/or partner sites including Google, Yellow Pages, TripAdvisor and Zoover.

This data will be published and stored for a period of five years from the publication date of your review.

Your rights

Reminder of your rights

You have the right to access, change and delete your personal data subject to this processing. You also have the option to request a limit to the processing of your personal data used for the management of online reviews, and to oppose this processing.

You can object to the processing of your personal data or request a limitation of this processing for legitimate reasons by contacting Siblu.
You can ask you the portability of your data, i.e. the right to obtain the data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to another controller, by contacting Siblu.

No data transfer

As part of this processing of personal data, your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute, Siblu asks you send your complaint without delay by e-mail to the following address: contact@siblu.fr, or in writing to the Customer Relations Department, Siblu France, 10 avenue Léonard de Vinci, 33600 Pessac – France.

In the absence of an amicable settlement, you have the option to resort to a mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the complaint, by notifying Siblu with a registered letter, sent to our French head office address.
