Unfortunately we do not accept any pets in our accommodation or on our Touring holidays. Guide Dogs are welcome on our owned parcs in the specially adapted handicapped units.

Accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We suggest that you arrive between 4pm and 8pm, as the siblu Representatives will be on hand to meet you during these hours. Touring guests can arrive after midday. (Except for La Carabasse, where pitches are available after 3pm).

are there laundry facilities if i need to do some washing during my holiday?
All siblu parcs have laundrette facilities available for a small charge. Nearly all of our parcs have laundrette facilities available for guests to use during their holiday. Please refer to the individual parc descriptions for detailed information on site facilities.
are the children's clubs child-minding facilities?
Our children's clubs are entertainment facilities, not childcare facilities. Within the Pirate and Barracudas clubs responsibility for the children remains with the parents, therefore at least one parent or guardian must remain on the parc whilst the club session is running, in case of emergency. However with Bubbles we do ask that parents stay with their children throughout the sessions.
can i bring my own tent and put it next to our mobile home?
No. Only Touring guests can bring and use their own tents on allocated touring pitches.
even though the mobile home only sleeps 7 people, can i bring my little baby in addition so long as they sleep with us?
No. For Health and Safety reasons, the total number of people staying in one unit must not be more than the maximum number indicated on the appropriate accommodation grid. Please see the accommodation pages for further full details on our accommodation features.
is there any tourist tax to be paid locally on the parc?
All local taxes are already included in the holiday price.
is there heating in the accommodation if it gets chilly in the evenings?
Heating is available in all our mobile homes, apartments, chalets and Prestige lodges, making them perfect for spring and late summer holidays.
do you provide full directions on how to get to the parcs?
When we send you your Travel Pack it will contain details on how to get to your holiday parc. It does not, however, include directions on how to get to your chosen UK port.
will i be able to get my car on to the parc if i arrive late or if i want to leave early in the morning?
For security reasons many parcs close their barriers between the hours of 11pm and 7am. If this is the case, you will be asked to leave your car outside the parc until the barrier re-opens. It is suggested that you contact the site to let them know if you are going to be arriving very late, and the same applies for those of you wishing to leave the parc early in the morning.
can i arrive on any day of the week?
Yes, you can.
can my travel arrangements be changed at the last minute or once i am on parc?
Yes, but there will be an administration fee and any additional costs that are a result of these changes will also have to be paid at that time.
will the siblu representative speak english?
Yes, on siblu owned parcs our Reception staff speak both English and French, and at all other parcs the siblu staff are British.
is there a full entertainments programme?
On siblu parcs there is a full entertainment programme from the day the site opens. For all other parcs, the entertainment programme tends to be in July and August only and is very much based on local interests.
if i arrive late at night or on a sunday, will i be able to buy food and other necessities when i arrive?
Most parcs do have shops on parc, but few will be open late in the evenings. Some parc shops will be open on Sundays, but supermarkets are unlikely to be open. Therefore, please ensure that you have sufficient essentials with you when you arrive to see you through until the shops are open. It is also possible to order a late arrival food pack on our siblu parcs.
