purpose of the role

On a daily basis, you will maximise sales opportunities through handling holiday sales enquiries, relating to our parcs in France. You will have the opportunity to work towards a sales bonus to maximise your earning potential, both for yourself and the company, and will work in a strong team based environment.

key responsibilities

  • Discovering and responding to customer queries in order to maximise sales opportunities from in-bound telephone calls
  • Pro-active attitude to selling, including following up enquiries with outbound calls
  • Flexibility of hours, which must including willingness to work a shift pattern which will include evening and weekends
  • Assisting with required administration within the call centre, to maximise your productivity
  • Responsibilities of post and travel packs to be shared amongst the team
  • Developing and enhancing your sales technique with the help and guidance of your team manager, through one to one coaching, call feedback and team briefing sessions

what are we looking for

  • A strong sales motivation with first-rate customer focus
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and responsibilities within your role
  • Excellent telephone manner/ communication skills
  • Must be computer literate, although full training will be given on our reservations system
  • A keen team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Educated to GCSE “O” Level standard or equivalent, including English and Maths
